How long does it take for my order to ship?

When you place an order with VendoUno.com we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 7-12 business days for your order. 

Note: In busy season, there may be 3-5 days delay.

We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which state you reside in. 
Please refer to our shipping info for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

Where is my order?

Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 7-12 business days to prepare the items after you place the order.

This is to make sure that your order is accurate. For handmade, hand painted or customized products, it might take an extra 7-12 days for production, which would be specified in our Product Description.
As for shipping time, please check the Shipping page.

You can log into your account >> click on "Orders" and click on the "Track Order Details" button for more details.

Can I change/modify my shipping address?

Yes, you can. It includes changing changing your shipping address.

Please contact us via contact form or send us an email at support@vendouno.com for additional support.
Please note that we can only help you modify your order BEFORE shipment.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

Why didn’t I get an email about my order delivery?

After placing your order, we may need 7-12 business days to prepare your order. This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate.  This processing time does not include shipping time.
We will inform you of an email after shipment or if there is any delay. Please make sure you log into the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well.
If you can't find an email fifteen days after you’ve placed the order, please contact us via contact form or send us an email at support@vendouno.com for additional support.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can.

There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling a paid order. If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order under "Orders". Or you can contact our customer service at support@vendouno.com

2. Canceling an unpaid order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your account >> click on "Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button.

How to change/modify billing address?

The billing address will be automatically generated to the same as the shipping address. If you want to change it, you can click on "Edit" at the check out page (after clicking the PLACE ORDER button). Please find an example below. 

BILLING DETAILS

  1. Fill in Your First name and Last name
  2. Fill in the shipping address
  3. Select and fill If you want to Ship to a different address, else uncheck
  4. Select a payment method credit card or PayPal
  5. If PayPal selected click PROCEED TO PayPal and then complete the purchase.
  6. I have read and agree to the website Terms and conditions
  7. Click on “PLACE ORDER”.

If you paid already, then no need to change the billing address, as we'll just ship the order to the shipping address that you left on our site.
Therefore, it does not matter that the billing address is different from the shipping address.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your VendoUno account: https://vendouno.com/my-account and click the " Orders" button to see your orders. You may also submit a ticket online to find out more information about your order.

How to use the Coupon Code

If you are lucky enough to earn our coupon code, you just need to follow these few steps to get a discount on your order at the time of purchase:

Do all of your items ship from the USA?

VendoUno has multiple warehouses all over the US. 

All products are shipped from US based warehouses.

  • We have 4 US Warehouses:

East US, West US, South US, Middle US

Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.

How long does delivery normally take?

Delivery Time

US Express: Average delivery time is 7-12 days.

Note: In busy season, there may be 3-5 days delay.

I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date including processing time and delivery time – please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please check the Shipping Info page for details.
You’ll be able to follow your order as it’s been sent with service you can track. To check this, all you need to do is log into your account and check "Order Tracking".
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our Customer Care at support@vendouno.com for further help.

Why was my package returned?

There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Unable to deliver
Please go to "Track Order" to find the tracking number first and contact the shipping company for more information. You may also contact our Customer Care Team for further help.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1. Items are in different warehouses.
2. Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3. Weight or size limit of customs or courier.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.

Why did the attempted delivery failed?

There may be the following reasons:
1. Consignee unavailable
2. Wrong shipping address
3. The parcel is delayed by the shipping company
Please check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card to arrange re-delivery. If you still cannot receive your package, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes it takes some time to update the information. If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station. Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time. We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to contact us to ask for help.

Why is my package status showing delivered but not delivered?

Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card. The tracking number can be found by click "Order Tracking".


If you still cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@vendouno.com.

What if i am not at my shipping address?

Sometimes your package requires a signature for it to be delivered. You may contact the shipping company and ask them details about your package with the tracking number we have provided. In the unfortunate event of a missed delivery, please don't hesitate to contact the shipping company. 

We'll gladly coordinate with the shipping company to arrange for another delivery attempt at your preferred time. Alternatively, we can assist in arranging a convenient pickup location for you.

Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?

If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out.
The parcel is sent from our warehouse first.

Then parcels will arrive in the shipping company's processing center. 

Then each shipping company will pick up parcels from the airport. Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number. 

It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.

Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.

About Shipping Addresses

 

Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address.

Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.

Enter information in the appropriate fields.

For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters.

Our systems can't process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipments of your packages.

If you're having trouble getting your address to fit on Address Lines 1 and 2, here are some common U.S. Postal Service abbreviations that might help:

Refund Policy

Product guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

What we will need from you.
1. The order number and item number.

2. Tracking number of the item.

3. Photos/videos of the damaged item / photo or video showing the issue.

4. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging.

We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; if approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. Do not hesitate to contact us: our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.

Where do I send returns?

We do not recommend customer to return the item because it`s drop shipping, and the cost of shipping back the item may be even higher than the value of the product itself.
If you need a return, please contact our customer team first. VendoUno will not be responsible for returned item(s) unless you notify us in advance.

Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Unless agreed otherwise, you should return the item as well as its original packaging and all its accessories. If one component, accessory or spare part is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

Note:
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before VendoUno.com will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
If you find yourself in this situation, please do not hesitate to contact us to submit your claim.

Delayed Orders

VendoUno.com offers a full refund if the order delays. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves warehouse.

  • In normal circumstances, more than 30 days.
  • In the busy season, more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.
  • In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message.
Our Guarantees

Shipping Guarantee

We provide a shipping guarantee for our users. If we miss the delivery date (usually 30-40 days), we offer a full refund.

VendoUno offers a full refund if the order delays. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves our warehouse.

How long does it take to get my refund?

VendoUno.com will process the refund minimum in 72 hours.

What to do if my refund is wrong?

We’re sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund!
If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:
The delivery charge, which is only refunded for canceled orders before shipment.
Any discounts that were applied when you check out, which may not now be applicable.

How can I return items?

We do not recommend customer to return the item because the cost of shipping back the item may be even higher than the value of the product itself.

We will offer full refund or a new replacement for package has been damaged during delivery.

What if I received a wrong/defective/stained item?

We want to sort out any issues with wrong/defective/stained items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a wrong/defective/stained item, please contact our Customer Care Team with:
1) The order number
2) The item's name or SKU number or pictures
3) A description of the problems and some clear pictures


We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

What items can't be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
customized products like customized lighting fixtures and wall decor and accessories.

Why didn't I get my full refund?

We will offer a full refund for all returnable items.
Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value.

PAYMENT

Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?

Normally, our customers would not be charged any tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. 

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from state to state.

Why my payment was declined?

Please refer to the following information:
1) check the card details to make sure the information is correct. e.g. the expiry date or your billing address. (Common problems including incorrectly spelled name)
2) make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three-digit numbers on the back of your card.
3) your card issuer may have declined your payment – please contact the card-issuing bank.
If the above information still does not work, you may try to pay it with another payment method – or using PayPal which is more convenient and safe!

Why do I need to verify my payment of my order?

Your payment method has flagged us to do a thorough security check to assure that the payment method is being used by an authorized user.

Please check your email and reply with the requested documents, and we will pay great attention to your info security.

What payment methods do you accept?

There are different ways you can choose to pay on our website. 

We support PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, and more payment methods are being opened.

Can I use more than one coupon/offer at a time?

Yes, you can!
Of course you can use all two bonus points and the voucher code at the same time. 

Can you refund the price difference?

The different period has different sale prices. Prices are subject to change based on the price in effect the day you check out. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference.

What should I do if my promotion code isn't working?

It may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The discount is applied to the original price but not the sale price on the page. If the item is on sale or discounted more than the coupon discount, there might be not too much price difference after applying the coupon.
2. The code has already expired.
3. The purchase amount is limited.
4. If you still have problems, you can contact customer service for help.

Can I use one more than one discount?

One coupon code can only be applied to an order at a time. If you have more than one coupon code you may use those on your next purchase.

Am I able to be refunded the difference for a discount item?

We apologize for this inconvenience, however, the price will be changed in different promotions, so we are not able to issue a refund for the difference. VendoUno.com reserves the right to change the promotion at any time with our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Why can’t I log into my account?

There could be several reasons.
1) Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly.
2) If you signed in with Facebook the first time, you will need to click the "Sign in with Facebook" button to log in.
3) If you still can't log in, you could reset the password. Click "Sign in" on the top right corner of our homepage, then select "Forgot Your Password", enter your registered email address in the provided box and you may receive the reset email to create a new password with the link.

How to I delete my account?

Yes, we can delete your account. Please contact our customer service at support@vendouno.com.
You will not receive any notice from our system after we delete your account. But you can have a test on the VendoUno website. If the account was deleted successfully, it will show an error, and there is no need to reply to our customer service for confirmation. Please don't forget to "Unsubscribe".
If you signed in with your Facebook account, you can delete it by yourself.

How do I change my email address?

We can't change/update our customers' email addresses as of now.
If you don't have orders or finished everything in previous orders, you can contact the customer support at support@vendouno.com to delete your account first. 

Then you can create a new account with a new email address.
If you have unfinished order(s), please remember your order number and we suggest you can ask us to delete your email address after you receive your order(s).
